The FFR7 is styled specifically to enhance modern high performance vehicles with a contemporary aesthetic such as, Audi, BMW and Mercedes

The FFR7 was conceived to maximise the lightweight properties of the combined Motioncast™ and flow form processes, an advanced German flow forming process. The wheel is initially cast using our low pressure heat treated process increasing strength and durability. The cast wheel is then transferred to the flow forming drum where a combination of heat and pressure applied by three hydraulic rollers compress, stretch and form the wheel barrel to a pre-defined thickness and desired profile. 

The condensing and stretching of the metal alters the very nature of the aluminium to produce a wheel barrel that is thinner, stronger and significantly lighter (roughly 25%) than a non-flow form cast wheel, with enhanced strength and reduced weight properties comparable to higher priced forged aluminium wheels.

These are 20" x 9" et32 or 8.5" et42 front and 10.5"et30 rear with a pcd of 5x112.

Please note: We strongly advise against using run flat tyres with any alloy wheel.  Run flat tyres have a very hard side wall and this combined with the condition of the UK roads will increase the likelihood of alloys cracking.
